How to play Mahjong Crimes - Puzzle Story?

Collect clues and progress through the story by solving mahjong puzzles. Clear away the tiles by combining the matching pairs. Tap two matching tiles to combine and remove them. 

You can only select a tile if it is not blocked by other tiles. That is, it is free on either the right or the left side, and is not covered by any other tile.

As you progress through the story, new hazard tiles will appear. For example, locked tiles that only open once you remove the tiles around them. Or frozen tiles that gradually glaze over with ice, making the symbols impossible to see.

There are several boosters to help you overcome the most challenging levels. Such as the detective’s eye to highlight only playable tiles, a timer pause to freeze the clock, or a gavel to break away any given tile pair.
