How to Play Microsoft Solitaire Collection: Pyramid?

Combine two cards that together comprise 13 to remove them from the table. In this classic card game, jacks are worth 11 and queens are worth 12. Kings are worth 13, which means they can be removed without matching them to another card. You can match up any uncovered cards. Your goal is to remove all of the cards from the table and move them into the waste pile.
