How to play Solitaire Emperor - Secrets of Fate?

The aim is to remove all of the cards from the table. You can move a card to the discard stack if its value is one point above or below that of the card currently topping the stack.

In the tableau, the top layer of cards is always lying face up. Clear away the top cards to turn over the cards lying underneath. If you cannot pick up any more cards from the tableau, you can turn over one of the cards from the spare card stack instead, or use a joker.

Your supply of spare cards and jokers is limited though, so use them wisely. Sometimes, you’ll also discover special booster cards. 

Clearing away five or more cards in an unbroken sequence will add gold to your meter. This will help you unlock new characters faster.
